- The product is not delivering expected results, and you have consulted our support team for proper usage guidance.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or special orders
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items not purchased directly from hayatdawakhana.com
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, simply:

- Include:

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective item, damaged parcel), we cover all shipping costs.
- For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
2. Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
You may request an exchange within 14 days if:
- You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product
- The item is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
How to Request an Exchange

- Order number
- Details of the issue
- Photos as proof (if applicable)
Once approved, we will immediately process a replacement.
3. Important Notes
- Returns/exchanges must include all original packaging.
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
- We do not offer returns/exchanges based on personal preference once the product is opened.
